Law of Attraction Tips: Solving Life Problems
If you are facing a challenging situation and it is causing you stress, it is important to remember that a mind that is consumed with stress and fear can not attract a positive answer or outcome to the dilemma. In other words, “you can’t get there from here.”
People who study the Law of Attraction tend to be aware of certain truths that are overlooked by the general public. Among these is the concept that says “thoughts are things.”
This means that a though is a tangible thing and has a real effect on us (and the world around us). The law of attraction implies that when your thoughts are fearful or scattered, you can NOT attract a rational, positive solution to any question you consider. It defies the Law.
A fearful mind, especially, can cause you to attract very unwanted circumstances into your life. And any decision you make when your mind is focused on fear will only attract more fear into your life.
So what’s the solution? If you can’t get “there” from here, then how DO you get there?
Here’s my Law of Attraction tip for resolving life problems:
The first step is to get into a positive state of mind. I know, I know…it’s easier said than done sometimes when the your life feels like it is in turmoil. But you CAN do it.
Quiet your mind; focus on gratitude; find as many things to laugh about as possible. Distract your mind from your worries in any way necessary and actively focus on things that make you FEEL good.
When you feel good, you think more useful and positive thoughts, and these thoughts attract….(anyone?). That’s right! Positive thoughts attract positive circumstances, solutions and experiences.
That’s why feeling good is so important (and why Law of Attraction coaches ramble on so much about it). =)
When you feel good, you are literally producing a different energy in your mind and body–and this attracts different (and better) things to you.
The solution to difficult life problems can more easily be found by watching a funny movie, petting your cat, or going out with good friends (things that make you feel wonderful inside), than by focusing on the problem to the point where it makes you feel fearful and confused.
The answer is usually easier than we can imagine: just do things that make you and those around you feel good.
Tip: when in doubt, focus on making other people feel as good as possible. This has a boomerang effect that leads to you experiencing VERY positive emotions that attract wonderful things back into your life.
