  In my coaching practice, I am always looking for the simplest, “lowest common denominator’ concepts to present to my clients. It’s not because they can’t understand concepts that are complicated (they easily can), but because the simplest ideas are usually the most powerful.

Simple points have a greater impact on us, and are easier to keep in mind on a daily basis, than long-winded, complicated theories. Simple is good.

With that in mind, I searched for the simplest possible phrase to “sum up” the mindset that is the most useful to use the Law of Attraction, and attract a great life. In the end I came up with a three-word question that I believe determines how well we are using the Law of Attraction. That three-word question is ” love or fear?”

 Try it for yourself the next time you have a decision to make or are not sure of an action you are taking. Just ask yourself, “Am I acting out of love or fear?” Because it’s always one or the other.

At every moment, we are either in a mindset of love or fear, but here’s the catch: we can never be in both states at the same time. So every thought, every action we take is based on one or the other.

Acting out of love keeps you in alignment with your highest values. Acting out of fear tends to produce fear-based results and rarely leads to a positive outcome.

When you break down all the complicated concepts in life to these two basic states, things have a way of getting clear and obvious. Things have a way of just working out.

So right now, at this moment, think about your predominate state of mind. Are you acting from a mindset of love…or fear.  Remember, it’s always one or the other and it’s always YOUR choice.
