From what I see, there is a number of diverse relaxation and meditation technologies out there; brainwave entrainment, binuaral beats, isochronic tones, I think these can be of some use.

Hi BW, Brainwave entrainment is the phenomenon of brainwaves “syncing up” to outside stimuli. Brainwaves have long been observed to speed up or slow down to match almost any persistant external frequency.
Binaural beats is a method of achieving brainwave entrainment. They contain two seperate frequencies–one on the right and one on the left. The binaural “beat” is the difference between these two frequencies, and that is the frequency the brainwaves “sync” to. It’s usually an ultra low frequency that is difficult to reproduce by other means. When the brain is exposed to these frequencies it naturally syncs up with them, temporarily changing brain patterns.
